Full Description

One book isn’t always enough, even for two people who share a life.

If you and your partner keep separate bank accounts, separate insurance policies, or separate passwords for your own accounts, one shared organizer means someone’s information is always the afterthought, squeezed into someone else’s book. This set gives each of you your own copy, so your information stays yours, start to finish.

Please read before ordering: This set includes two physical, spiral-bound books, one for each person. They are not digital downloads or fillable PDFs.

• Two complete 138-page organizers, one per person
• US Letter size, 8.5 x 11 inches, each book
• Spiral bound to lie flat while you write
• 19 major planning sections in each book
• Eight focused digital-life topics in each book
• More than 50 guided worksheets, prompts, checklists, logs, and planning areas, per book
• Designed to be completed by hand, separately, in your own words

Why two books instead of one

Sharing a home doesn’t mean sharing every account. One of you may handle the mortgage and the other the retirement fund. One of you may have a password manager the other has never seen. Each book gives one person a place to record what’s theirs, without guessing which parts belong to them and which belong to their partner.

What’s inside each book

Every organizer contains 19 major sections: Basic Information, Education, Employment, Military Service, Hobbies & Memberships, Important Documents, Insurance Information, Financial Information, Social Media, Digital Life & Online Accounts, Essential Life Planning, Obituary Writing Guide, Legacy Messages, Advance Directives, POA & Guardianship, Pets, Family Tree, Family Health, and After Loss.

Detailed digital-life planning, for each of you

The Digital Life & Online Accounts section goes beyond a basic password list. It includes guided areas for digital access and verification codes, cryptocurrency and digital assets, digital legacy, copyrighted materials, devices, passwords and security, financial and subscription software, and digital executor instructions, all recorded separately in each person’s own book.

Practical help after a loss

Many planners stop after recording final wishes. Each book in this set continues with tools your family may need afterward, including an immediate-tasks checklist, a service or celebration budget planner, gift and acknowledgment logs, a letter to an executor or loved one, a practical after-death checklist, first-30-days guidance, and grief information and online resources.

Personal details worth preserving, in your own hand

There’s also space in each book for family history, military stories, favorite traditions, photographs, obituary ideas, keepsake wishes, and handwritten legacy messages. What you write in your book and what your partner writes in theirs both become something your family gets to keep.

How to use it

Each of you fills in your own book by hand, in your own time and your own words. Store both organizers in a secure place, and tell someone you trust where they can be found. Because these books may contain financial, account, and personal information, please protect them as you would other private family records.

Shipping and packaging

Both organizers are wrapped in tissue and packed together by hand. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Orders ship through USPS Ground Advantage, with delivery generally expected within two to five business days after shipment. The processing estimate shown with your order tells you when the package is expected to leave our studio.

Returns and replacements

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery when both organizers are unused and unwritten in. The buyer is responsible for return shipping. If either organizer arrives damaged or misprinted, please contact us so we can make it right.

Any question at all, ask before you buy. If you’re not sure whether one book or two is right for you, message us. We’ll answer honestly, before you order, not after.

Important note

This organizer helps you record information and express your preferences. It isn’t a legal document and doesn’t replace a will, trust, advance directive, power of attorney, or other legally enforceable document. A qualified local attorney or licensed professional can explain what’s appropriate where you live.

FAQ

(add through your SEO plugin’s FAQ block for FAQPage schema, same as the single listing)

Why would we need two books if we’re married? Plenty of couples keep some accounts, policies, or passwords separate, even inside a shared household. This set gives each of you a book that’s entirely your own, so you’re not sharing pages or guessing which parts you’re responsible for filling in.

Are the two books different from each other? No. Both are the full 138-page organizer. The set just gives you two copies, one for each person.

Can we just buy one and share it? You can, and the single-copy organizer is available for that. This set exists for couples who’d rather each have their own book for their own information.

Is this cheaper than buying two single copies? Yes, this set is priced below buying two singles separately.

Do the books ship together? Yes, both organizers ship together in one package.

Is this a good gift for a couple? It can be, though most people order this set for themselves and their partner rather than as a gift for someone else. For gifting to family members, our 3-book Family Gift Box may be a better fit.
