More than an end-of-life planner

For Now For Later For Them is designed for the full picture.

For Now: Information someone you trust may need if an illness, hospitalization, injury, memory loss, or other change leaves you unable to manage things yourself.

For Later: Wishes, document locations, medical preferences, final arrangements, and other details that are easier to record before they’re urgently needed.

For Them: Family information, legacy messages, after-loss checklists, and practical guidance for the people left handling what comes next.

You don’t have to finish it all at once. Start with the pages that matter most today, then return as accounts, relationships, and wishes change.

What’s inside

The organizer contains 19 major sections: Basic Information, Education, Employment, Military Service, Hobbies & Memberships, Important Documents, Insurance Information, Financial Information, Social Media, Digital Life & Online Accounts, Essential Life Planning, Obituary Writing Guide, Legacy Messages, Advance Directives, POA & Guardianship, Pets, Family Tree, Family Health, and After Loss.

Detailed digital-life planning

The Digital Life & Online Accounts section goes beyond a basic password list. It includes guided areas for digital access and verification codes, cryptocurrency and digital assets, digital legacy, copyrighted materials, devices, passwords and security, financial and subscription software, and digital executor instructions.

Practical help after a loss

Many planners stop after recording final wishes. This organizer continues with tools the family may need afterward, including an immediate-tasks checklist, a service or celebration budget planner, gift and acknowledgment logs, a letter to an executor or loved one, a practical after-death checklist, first-30-days guidance, and grief information and online resources.

Personal details worth preserving

There’s also space for family history, military stories, favorite traditions, photographs, obituary ideas, keepsake wishes, and handwritten legacy messages. Your handwriting becomes part of what your family gets to keep.

How to use it

Fill in the pages by hand, in your own time and your own words. Store the completed organizer in a secure place, and tell someone you trust where it can be found. Because the book may contain financial, account, and personal information, please protect it as you would other private family records.

Shipping and packaging

Each organizer is wrapped in tissue, packed by hand, and shipped in its own box. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Orders ship through USPS Ground Advantage, with delivery generally expected within two to five business days after shipment. The processing estimate shown with your order tells you when the package is expected to leave our studio.

Returns and replacements

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery when the organizer is unused and unwritten in. The buyer is responsible for return shipping. If your organizer arrives damaged or misprinted, please contact us so we can make it right.

Any question at all, ask before you buy. If you’re not sure whether this is right for you or someone you love, message us. We’ll answer honestly, before you order, not after.

Important note

This organizer helps you record information and express your preferences. It isn’t a legal document and doesn’t replace a will, trust, advance directive, power of attorney, or other legally enforceable document. A qualified local attorney or licensed professional can explain what’s appropriate where you live.

FAQ

(add these through your SEO plugin’s FAQ block so they publish with FAQPage schema, not as plain paragraphs — that’s what makes them eligible for Google’s answer boxes and AI citations)

Is this a will or a legal document?

No. It’s a personal planning tool that organizes your information and wishes. It works alongside a will, not in place of one. For legally binding documents, please talk with an attorney.

Is this a fillable PDF I can type into?

No, and that’s by design. This is a printed, spiral-bound book. You fill in the pages by hand. A handwritten page becomes one more thing your family gets to keep.

Do I need to print anything myself?

No. This is a professionally printed, spiral-bound book that arrives ready to use.

Is my information stored online?

No. Your answers live only on the pages of your book and wherever you choose to keep it. Nothing is uploaded or shared with us.

How is this different from a password book?

A password book holds logins. This organizer holds your whole picture, from documents and accounts to wishes and words, plus a section that walks your family through the days after a loss.

Is this a good gift for parents?

It is. Many families order one for each parent or sibling. It’s a way of saying you thought of them before you had to.

Is this only for end-of-life planning?

No. It’s built for right now too. If someone faces a surgery with complications, a sudden illness, or dementia, the person stepping in can find the accounts, passwords, contacts, and medical details they need today.

What if my organizer arrives damaged?

Contact us and we’ll send a free replacement, no return needed.
